COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAMS

A regular eye exam is the best way to preserve your eyesight and an easy precaution to take.  It is particularly important to get your eyes examined if you notice a change in your vision, if your eye is injured in any way, or if you have a family history of eye disease.

During your eye exam the doctor will conduct a test to check for vision, coordination of eye muscles, eyelid health, and function, measure the intraocular pressure of your eye to rule out glaucoma, along with examining the internal structures of your eyes like the optic nerve, retina, macular area.  Evaluating inside your eyes give the doctor clues to many potential eye disease that can occur.
