DR. ANH JIBBEN, OD, MPH
Care Comes First
Dr. Anh Jibben is a long-time resident of Arizona and grew up in Prescott, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University obtaining a dual Bachelor's degree in Biology and History. Dr. Jibben then furthered her education and attended the University of Arizona where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Master's degree in Public Health (M.P.H.). Following graduation, Dr. Jibben joined the Phoenix Department of Public Health, where she worked with communicable diseases such as tuberculosis and sexually transmitted infections. Her role involved managing, reporting, and developing statistical data related to the treatment and prevention of these diseases among high-risk populations. She also contributed to grant research and preparation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), coordinated community outreach programs, and used patient data to help implement public health initiatives aimed at improving community wellness.

Dr. Jibben later attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she earned her Doctorate of Optometry. While in school, she completed an interned at Einstein Hospital in the Ophthalmology Department in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Jibben gained valuable clinical experience working alongside many other optometrists, ophthalmologists, and physicians in hospitals and various clinical settings. Her clinical training encompassed a wide range of specialties including emergency medicine, cornea and cataract management, retinal diseases, primary eyecare, pediatrics, and glaucoma.
With over eighteen years experience of practicing in Arizona, Dr. Jibben offers comprehensive eye exams for the entire family. Her services inlcude routine eye exams, diabetic eye evaluations, and specialized care for glaucoma and cataracts. She is highly skilled in fitting a wide range of contact lenses, including rigid gas permeable, soft lenses, multifocals, toric/astigmatism lenses, and colored contacts. She also provides emergency treatments for ocular injuries, conjunctivitis, “red-eyes”, and foreign body removal. She received recognition for her outstanding performance with awards in Clinical Excellence in Pediatrics and Low Vision.
For more than seventeen years, Dr. Jibben has proudly called Fountain Hills home. She is a member of both the Arizona Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. In 2018, she was awarded by the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce "Health Service of the Year Award." Deeply committed to community service, Dr. Jibben volunteers her time at the Fountain Hills Community Center, local schools, churches, and town events. She provides free medical services and prescription eyeglasses to underserved children and regularly donates to the Fountain Hills Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), the local Fountain Hills High School athletic department, and other charitable organizations. Outside of her professional work, Dr. Jibben is happily married and enjoys photography, piano, making jewelry, traveling, and spending time with her family.
